The Buffalo Treaty is a collective agreement* to honour and recognize the time immemorial relationship that First Nations have with the Buffalo, and the importance of providing free range habitat to the Buffalo in our Traditional Lands, and that we may nurture each other culturally and spiritually.

Everyone welcome, lunch provided.

This unique collaboration, Buffalo Treaty, brings together members of the Blackfeet Nation, Blood Tribe, Siksika Nation, Piikani Nation, the Assiniboine and Gros Ventre Tribes of Fort Belknap Indian Reservation, the Assiniboine and Sioux Tribes of Fort Peck Indian Reservation, the Salish and Kootenai Tribes of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Indian Reservation, Tsuu T’ina Nation, and now the Stoney Nakoda Nation.
