Blessed with rich soils and long summer days, the Peace Valley can grow fruits and vegetables for one million people. This is the land that the B.C. government wants to flood for Site C dam.

Working together, First Nations, farmers, and citizens’ groups are challenging this colonial-era project. Why is this important for all British Columbians? What can we do to stop Site C?

Join us for an evening of inspiration and education on Site C dam, hosted by Sierra Club BC, Kairos, and Comox United Church Outreach Committee.

Speakers:
Ana Simeon - Peace Valley Campaigner for Sierra Club BC
Ben Parfitt - award-winning investigative journalist and resource policy analyst with Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives
