Join us for a conservation documentary double-header in December! 

Local filmmaker Scott Rulander’s latest work highlights the organizations, people, places and environmental needs of the Inland Northwest on both sides of the border.

Last Stand: The Vanishing Caribou Rainforest
A cinematic journey into the tragically threatened world of endangered mountain caribou, their home is the world’s largest remaining inland temperate rainforest.

The films will be followed by a panel discussion featuring biologists and other experts who will discuss the history, direction, and complicated nature of caribou conservation in the U.S. and Canada.

Tickets are by donation, with a suggested amount of $9 per ticket to help cover fees and event set-up. 

Get tickets for December 6 in Sandpoint, ID., at the Panida Theatre at 6 p.m.

Get tickets for December 7 in Missoula, MT., at the Roxy Theater at 6 p.m.

These films are presented in partnership with Mountain Caribou Initiative and Collin Beggs Design Build Timber Framing.
