Please join members of the Yellowstone to Yukon Conservation Initiative (Y2Y) team for an enlightening and engaging presentation and film screening from David Moskowitz, author of the new book Caribou Rainforest: From Heartbreak to Hope, and director of the acclaimed film The Last Stand: The Vanishing Caribou Rainforest.

David is an expert wildlife tracker and photographer and will take us on a multimedia journey into the tragically threatened world of endangered mountain caribou.

Tim Burkhart, Y2Y's Peace River Coordinator, will also illuminate you to the inadequate measures governments have taken to regulate industrial resource extraction effectively, honour the rights of Indigenous peoples, and protect the integrity of the natural systems of this region. You'll also learn what you can do right now to help support protection of caribou's critically endangered habitat and these beautiful creatures.

A Q&A and book selling/signing will follow the event. Learn more about David, and his book and corresponding film here.

Tickets for this event are by donation. RSVP to get your ticket now.
