On May 5, residents from near and far are invited to join Dr. Richard Hebda, author, professor and award-winning Royal BC Museum curator of Botany and Earth History, for a conversation in person or through a Facebook Live Video.

Dr. Hebda’s presentation will be followed by a moderated, interactive discussion to highlight attributes of the land itself, exploring how we interact with it and what makes it important to us. Audience members who participate on the Live Video are invited to submit questions through Facebook.

After the event, we welcome you to chat with Dr. Hebda and enjoy locally-sourced foods. This event is free and open to the public.
