Attendees
This year’s Forum will examine how humanities thinking can provide productive and imaginative responses to the very many questions posed by the environmental and sustainability crises of our times. We will look at how history has framed these challenges and how these stories might guide our present and future lives. As many scholars and public commentators have suggested, we need new ways to engage, explore and move forward with thinking about the environment at global, national, regional and local levels. The Forum’s presentations and discussions will address possibilities of positive change and examine creative actions that individuals and communities have imagined for the environment now and in the future.
