Join Y2Y’s president and chief scientist, Dr. Jodi Hilty, on July 29 at 11 a.m. MST for the third and final session of the Public Lands, We the People virtual series with The Aspen Institute.
This panel talk will focus on the role of national public lands in sustaining a resilient natural network that will help human communities, wildlife, pollinators and the larger web of life to thrive in the face of habitat loss and climate change. Other panelists include Jim Enote, Zuni tribal member, and Senator Tom Udall of New Mexico.
With the right policies and partnerships, our public lands and waters — some of the highest quality strongholds of nature left on the planet — can be connected in a continental system that provides clean air, drinking water and refuge for all.
Thank you to the event hosts: The Aspen Institute’s Energy and Environment Program, and The Wilderness Society.
