Charles C. Chester, Ph.D.
Charles C. Chester teaches global environmental politics at Brandeis University and at the Fletcher School of Tufts University, where he is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of International Environmental Policy.
He authored Conservation Across Borders: Biodiversity in an Interdependent World (Island Press 2006) and was co-editor of Conservation & Climate Change: Landscape and Seascape Science, Planning and Action (Island Press 2012).
He is currently consulting with the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, and previously consulted for the Union of Concerned scientists and the Henry P. Kendall Foundation. He also serves on the board of Bat Conservation International.
