Bill has lived in Montana all his life, enjoying the recreational opportunities that the state and region offer. He has a deep appreciation for conservation and for protecting the environment.
In raising his three children, he has tried to instill that same awareness of place that is of such value to him.
Bill currently chairs the Open Lands Board of Gallatin County. He was the founder and senior partner of Guza, Hubley and Phillips, CPAs (currently Hubley, Phillips and Williams, CPAs).
During his career, Bill held the professional designations of Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Planner, and Certified Valuation Analyst.
Bill retired in 2015 and, along with his wife Jean, is recreating throughout the West (including the Canadian Rockies) and engaged in the ethos of Bozeman, Montana, where he has lived since 1988.
